Sourcing of IDs
Where do we start..?
That was the first question we asked ourselves.
Do we look for IDs or Contractors? Who.?
In the end we started to look around IMM, read forums and got a few quotes from the IDs. I must say some of the IDs were great to deal with and helpful, and some thought that we were only getting quotes to compare and didn't really entertain us that much.
After one to two months collecting and comparing quotes we shortlisted two with very competitive prices, that are Lego House (Dean) and Northwest (Alcester). We met up with both of them, and in the end we selected Lego House (Dean) as we felt quite comfortable dealing with him and he's able to listen to our requirements.
So far up until now (March '07), he has been quite good. Of course, there are a few hiccups along the way but he's able to attend to it promptly. This, we were quite impress with him for.
